Wholesale Application

 

Thanks for your interest in a wholesale account with The Metal Peddler!

In order to open an account with us, you must be located within USA or Canada and hold an up to date business license and Federal Tax ID.
For customers outside of USA or Canada, you may complete an application and mark it INTERNATIONAL for special review.

An application form is available in PDF format & must be completed for review. In order to protect our customers, we do verify information sent to us.

Orders

The minimum first order is $2,000 and all orders after that must be a minimum of $500.  Annual minimum purchase is $10,000 to maintain an account.

All orders must be placed by phone or fax.  Payment may be made by check or credit card. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

In many cases, orders may need to be manufactured. Lead times will be given at the time of your order.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax from all customers in Pennsylvania. To claim exemption, PA Sales Tax exemption forms must be submitted prior to your first order.

Account buyers

Each account may have up to 2 authorized buyers approved to make orders. To change the names on the account, a request must be submitted in writing.

Credit Terms

Credit is not available until an account is at least 12 months old, has met the minimum annual order value and is in good standing. After that time, you may submit an application with at least 2 credit references. Credit availability is not guaranteed and is subject to approval. 

Copyright

All contents of our website and catalogues are protected by copyright. All content may only be used and/or edited with prior permission. If you use your own content, it must be approved by us before use. This includes any written descriptions and/or photographs of the products.

Returns

All claims and returns must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order. If items are damaged or rejected, they will be replaced when stock becomes available. Items returned for any other reason will be refunded less a 20% restock fee. All returned items must have an Authorization Number before we will accept them.
