How to buy a gift certificate

1. Complete the form above & click "Add to Cart". You can enter the recipient's email address & we will send the certificate directly to them, or enter your own & we can email it to you.

2. Review the details of the voucher. If correct, click "Go to Payments" and complete the Checkout Process.
If you wish to remove a voucher from the cart, uncheck the quantity box & click "Recalculate".

3. Within 24 hours of payment, we will send the Gift Voucher by email to your recipient & include your message. If you would like your name & contact details to be included, be sure to add them in the Message box.

4. Pay for the certificate by credit card, Paypal, US check or money order.

Please note:
Gift Certificates will only be sent after payment has cleared
Valid for 6 months after date of issue

How to redeem a gift certificate against a purchase:

If you have received a Gift Voucher for our website, you can use it for any purchase made through the shopping cart or ordered by telephone.

To redeem the voucher using the shopping cart, simply copy & paste the code into the shopping cart "Voucher" section of the cart & click recalculate.

To place an order by telephone, call 866 500 9898.

Important Notes:
* If your purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance is payable by credit card, paypal or check in the mail.
* The voucher code can only be used once.
* At this point in time, the system does not have the ability to calculate change. If the full value of the voucher is not spent, any remaining value will be lost. To avoid this, you can place your order by telephone and we will issue a new code for the remaining balance. Ask for Danielle when you call.

* Voucher codes are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
